Quick update: my latest test showed that the Avast's Ransomware Shield alert is gone, and so are the other flagging on VirusTotal, except of course Bitdefender Theta (proof that machine learning = AI = hype for now). So I think all "issues" are solved at this moment. Image may be NSFW.
