There are thousands of skin of different kind. There is no one who can tell which are relevant, important or whatever. This is something entirely up to you. you are the one who can decide what is important for you what is less relevant. You can use different section of Share Your Creations or the DeviantArt to find the ones matching best your needs, then you can use it / them. Or if you can't find what you need, you can create your own skin, which is exactly like what you want. For this you can get help here on this forum.
