It is, why wouldn't be?I have a question regarding Code Example. As you can see, I defined the H in [MenuSetting] and set this value above the Shape Rectangle height. It works, ok but is this allowed?
Once again: why couldn't you retrieve that value? Because Y=([MenuSetting:H]) is a perfectly valid option on the [ButtonClose] meter. What do you mean by you "never managed to retrieve the values"? It should work as you posted it or even without the parenthesys: Y=[MenuSetting:H]. The only thing which might cause trouble is the DynamicVariables=1 option, which is needed. But you put it on your meter, so I see no issues and the code even works for me.Because if I only define the shape via the values Shape=Rectangle 0,0,630,325,5 , then I never managed to retrieve the values for the Meter=String from the ShapeRectangle Y=([MenuSetting:H]) later. Or did i forgott something?
