What more can I say? Be my guests, have your one line input field that doesn't remember anything like in the previous century (but hey, it's not Windows controlled, so that compensates), or even better, strip it off of any multiline stuff as well as the left and right arrow navigation since we're at it, cause you know, it's not standard to go from one place or another in something you're supposed to edit, if it's not you using that.
